Terms of Service
These terms cover two things: using this website, and buying FUTURRA's custom research services. They are written to be read. If anything is unclear, email meganbougle@gmail.com before you rely on it.
01 · Using the Site
Informational, as-is, all rights reserved.
The FUTURRA site is provided for information about our services. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and nothing on the site constitutes professional or investment advice. All content — text, design, and the methodology we describe — is the intellectual property of FUTURRA and is reserved. You may view and share links to it; you may not republish or scrape it for commercial use without written permission.
02 · The Service
Custom research, delivered as reports and a walkthrough.
FUTURRA provides custom research reports — the Trend Brief, Collection Intelligence, the Retainer, and pilot projects. Every engagement starts with an intake and walkthrough in which we agree the scope: your category, your season, and the questions the report must answer. The deliverable is a PDF report plus a walkthrough call, per the scope agreed before work begins. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
03 · Payments
Invoiced per agreement; "from" prices are starting points.
Fees are agreed per engagement and invoiced accordingly. Prices quoted as "from $X" on the site are starting points for scoping — the final quote is confirmed on the discovery call, before any work begins. Payment terms are set out in the invoice and the engagement agreement.
04 · Ownership of Deliverables
Yours to use internally. Ours underneath.
On full payment, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered report internally for business decisions — design, buying, merchandising. FUTURRA retains all rights to the underlying methodology, the five-signal engine, its source data, and the analytics that produce the report. Reports may not be resold, republished, or shared commercially with third parties.
05 · Accuracy
Honest about what the data can and cannot do.
Reports are based on public signals — search, creator adoption, retail, season, saturation — analysed under a documented methodology. The five-signal engine is rules-based and versioned, and every report states its confidence levels and risk flags. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, sales, or margins: fashion is not a machine we control, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Our standing offer — if a report doesn't change your next collection, we redo it free — is a satisfaction remedy. It means we stand behind the work and will redo it; it is not a waiver of the liability limits in section 06.
06 · Liability
Limited to what you paid for the relevant report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FUTURRA's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost sales, or inventory write-offs — even if a report was relied on for those decisions. You are responsible for how you apply the research to your business.
07 · Governing Law
Placeholder — to be completed at incorporation.
Until FUTURRA incorporates, the governing law and jurisdiction clauses are pending. In the meantime, we operate in good faith: if a dispute arises, we will attempt to resolve it directly before any formal process. Contact: meganbougle@gmail.com.
08 · Updates
We'll post changes here.
These terms may be updated as the service develops; the current version always lives on this page with its date at the top. Continued use of the site or the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
