Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information FUTURRA collects, why we collect it, where it lives, and how you can see, correct, or delete it. It is written to be read, not filed. If anything here is unclear, email meganbougle@gmail.com.

01 · What We Collect

Only what you give us, and an aggregate view of page visits.

When you join the waitlist or ask for a discovery call, we collect the fields on the form: your name, work email, company, role, and a short note on what you need. That is all the personal information we hold about you.

Separately, the site runs Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and referral sources. It is cookie-less and privacy-preserving: it produces aggregated counts and does not collect or retain any personal data. We cannot and do not use it to identify individual visitors.

02 · Why We Collect It

To answer, to update, to send the brief.

  • To respond to your enquiry and book discovery calls.
  • To manage the waitlist and send you the free Seasonal Trend Brief.
  • To notify you when the service launches.

We do not use your information for anything else. No ad profiling, no list selling, no marketing beyond our own service.

03 · Where It Lives

Supabase, with EU residency, read by two people.

Lead data is stored in Supabase, a hosted database that offers EU data residency. Access is limited to the FUTURRA founders, and only for the purposes in section 02. Emails — such as the sample brief and launch notices — are sent through Resend, a transactional email provider.

04 · Sharing

We never sell data. There is no third-party marketing.

Your information is shared only with the service providers required to run the site and the service: Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (analytics and edge infrastructure). Each operates under its own terms and data-handling commitments. That is the complete list.

05 · Your Rights

Access, correction, deletion — on request.

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email meganbougle@gmail.com and we will act — our admin panel has a direct delete-lead path, so deletion is a real action, not a promise. We honor the access, rectification, and erasure rights under GDPR Articles 15–17 for anyone in the EU or anywhere else.

06 · Retention

Kept while we're pre-launch, reviewed quarterly, deleted on request.

Lead data is retained for the life of the waitlist — the service is not yet public, and the list is how we communicate with you. We review waitlist data quarterly and prune what is no longer needed. Any deletion request is honored immediately, regardless of the quarterly cycle.

07 · Cookies

None from us. The booking calendar is separate.

Our analytics are cookie-less, so we set no tracking cookies and display no cookie banner. One caveat: the discovery-call booking calendar (Cal.com) may set its own cookies when it goes live. We will link to Cal.com's privacy policy on this page at that point. Until then, the placeholder stands.

08 · Children

Not for under-16s.

FUTURRA is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we will delete any such data if it comes to our attention.

09 · Updates

We'll post changes here.

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes — such as a new category of data or a new sharing arrangement — will be called out rather than buried. Questions at any time: meganbougle@gmail.com.
